I design for situations where getting it wrong has consequences. I research actual requirements instead of assuming barriers. When regulations, cognitive load, or user diversity create constraints, I restructure my approach to meet them without slowing progress. Precision matters and edge cases aren't optional. I also built and scaled a creative business from customer acquisition through delivery, so I understand how design decisions connect to revenue and repeat business.
